By focusing on brand new, factory-built mobile homes, I could observe and comment on the strategies employed by manufacturers to make them appealing to buyers, and examine how this may or may not line up with my own ideas of home.

To Benefit: After taking a self-defense class in college, I went from being an average student to an honor student. I learned so much more than fighting techniques - I was no longer afraid to raise my hand in class. Feminist Eclectic Martial Arts (FEMA) in Minneapolis empowers women and girls by teaching martial arts and self defense in a safe, supportive, and creative environment. My donation will go to a scholarship fund for women and girls to take FEMA’s Five Fingers of Self Defense classes. For more information: www.femamartialarts.org
Amy's Pledge: 100% of print sales. $1000 total if the edition sells out.
